The Westchester Residents Association Annual Meeting will be held at 7 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Parkway Christian Church, 2700 Lindbergh Blvd, Springfield, IL. This year we will be joined by our Mayor, Misty Buscher, and other Springfield city officials who will address us on neighborhood issues and take your questions.
